Religious embroidery In silk, featuring painted details, silk threads and cannetille. Depicts a saintly bishop giving his blessing, standing in front of his desk, on which there is a penholder, a book and a small knife. The face and hands are painted. Late 18th century H. 27.2 cm – W. 21.8 cm Gilded wooden frame (reframed). The silk is soiled and the colours have faded slightly.
