FLAT DESK rectangular, satin-finish veneer with rich ornamentation of finely chased gilt bronze decorated with lozenges, acanthus leaves and laurel leaves. It opens to reveal three drawers in the waistband and false drawers on the side. It stands on four section legs adorned with ormolu scrapers. and finished with bronze bronze sabots.
