Bust of a prophet in carved, polychromed and gilded wood, depicting a Crucifixion. Wearing a turban with an oriental crown, he is pointing to Christ on the cross with his left index finger. He is dressed in a tunic with a large turned-down collar and wears a wide belt from which a chaplain hangs. Southern Netherlands, circa 1460. (A few accidents and missing pieces). Height: 48 cm.
