BYZANTINE TERRACOTTA MULTI SPOUTED LAMP Ca. AD 300 - 600. A terracotta oil lamp with a rounded body and a central filling hole surrounded by a raised rim. Five short, evenly spaced wick spouts extend radially from the body. A single loop handle rises from the back. The upper surface is decorated with low relief curvilinear patterns, including scrolls and concentric circles framing the central opening. The underside is plain with a ring base.
