In-4, green morocco, triple frame of cold fillet, repeated gilt wing motif, spine decorated in the same way, gilt edges, light blue morocco lining and composition alternating a suite of five brown dots and six gilt dots, cover, folder and slipcase (Charles Lanoë - del. R. D.). Edition illustrated with 44 original etchings by Charles Jouas, with a preface by Henri Beraldi. Edition of 130 copies, this being one of 40 copies with the etchings in the text and a suite of plates (second state). Nominative copy for Henri Vever on Rives vellum containing a double suite of the etchings in the first and second states before the important reductions for their layout.
