CANAANITE BRONZE IDOL WITH CROWN
Ca. 1400 - 1200 BC.
A cast bronze idol with a slender vertical form and flat reverse. Its arms project forward, bent at right angles at the elbows. The head is surmounted by a tall crown, while the face shows recessed circular eyes, a prominent nose, and a discernible mouth.
