Full length with buttonholes at the bottom, shoulder loops, martingale and belt loop. 2 rows of 6 brass grenade buttons. Shoulder, sleeve and turn-up buttons present. Unbleached lining with Défossés tailor's stamp dated 1908, 106th Line reception stamp, size stamps and costume maker's stamps. Collar tab and left shoulder loop missing. All buttons are present. A few minor alterations, a repair under the left sleeve, bonnet in very good condition. Model 1877 French Greatcoat, Iron Blue-Grey, 106th Infantry Regiment Model 1877 greatcoat in thick iron-blue-grey cloth, full length with lower buttonholes, shoulder straps, back belt, and belt loop. Double-breasted front with two rows of six brass grenade buttons. Shoulder, cuff, and turnback buttons present. Unbleached lining stamped "Tailleur Défossés 1908," with 106th Line Regiment acceptance mark, size markings, and costumer stamps. Left collar tab and shoulder strap missing. All buttons present. Minor repairs including one under the left sleeve. Excellent, well-preserved condition.
