Bavarian spiked helmet M1915. From the Jean-Marie Krzywanski collection, this M1895 helmet was reconditioned in 1915. Formerly with JR151 from 1902 to 1913, passed in 1915 in workshop for reglementary transformation into helmet bavarois M1915, all iron trimmings painted, plate bavaoise, remainder of jugular, cocardes absent. Wear from ageing, patina. Bavarian Pickelhaube M1915. From the Jean-Marie Krzywanski collection. Originally an M1895 helmet reconditioned in 1915. Previously used in JR151 from 1902 to 1913, then officially converted in 1915 into a regulation Bavarian M1915 helmet. All fittings are field-painted steel. Bavarian front plate, remains of the chinstrap, missing cockades. Displays wear and patina.
