Badge specific to the Personal Guard of the Head of State in enamelled metal, with a few chips. Badge not removed from headdress to check manufacturer's markings on back. Black leather band with padded edge. Inner liner made of black leather lined with off-white cotton, with a jute canvas bottom. The internal foam reinforcement sheet is partially deteriorated. Features an enameled metal badge specific to the Chief of State's Personal Guard with some chipping. Badge is not removed to check reverse manufacturer markings.
