A green circle is painted above the bar, this circle is a gas detection device. A few dents are visible on the hull. The high-pressure composite liner is made by MSA. The headgear is complete, although there is a tear at the nape of the neck. The leather chinstrap is complete, while the sweatband is missing. The nameplate FM Brown 51302987 is visible. The exterior paintwork is made up of many layers of khaki paint, approximately 70%. There is some wear and tear and a marked patina. The hull and liner have not been found together. Condition II+.
