Belgian Yser kepi cap. Rare Yser cap introduced in late 1914, typical of the fighting in the winter of 1914-1915, in dark cloth with neck flap. A few moth holes on the back and top. Blue piping, the colour of the infantry. One button missing on front. Round visor, top black varnish, bottom lined with green basane. Black oilcloth sweatband and grey cloth lining. Wear from use, patina. Very hard to find. Belgian "Yser" CapRare Yser-type cap introduced at the end of 1914, typical of the winter fighting of 1914-1915. Dark cloth with neck flap. A few small moth holes to the rear and upper section. Blue piping, the colour of the infantry. One front button missing. Black varnished top visor, green underside. Black oilcloth sweatband and grey fabric lining. Worn condition, fine patina. Very hard to find.
