Square cashmere shawl, c. 1840, featuring alternating wide stripes adorned with floral scrolls against a saffron, red and cream background, and narrow stripes with small flowers. Polychrome wool and silk cut-warp weave, 200 x 200 cm. We are including a Kalamkari sofreh bearing the mark of a workshop in Isfahan, 100 x 100 cm.
