CHATEDRALE, QUARTER REPEATER POCKET WATCH IN SILVER CASE, BREVET STOLZ FRERES, SWITZERLAND 1899 This watch is fitted with a very special quarter-repeater mechanism, the striking mechanism of which was patented by STOLZ FRERES on 28 January 1899. The traditional movement made by Roskopf was modified by adding this striking complication by mounting the movement in a larger case, specially created by the company during the rembotage phase.
