CHATENAY in VERSAILLES Portico clock in white marble, black marble and chased and gilt bronze decorated with foliate friezes, foliate scrolls, knotted ribbons and a music trophy resting on six small bent feet. It is crowned by a vase of flowers and consists of two pilasters supporting the enamelled dial with Roman numerals and signed railway minute track. The base is decorated with a frieze of love in the CLODION style. Late 18th century. Height: 54 cm. Width: 35 cm. Minor damages, including the balance wheel.
