A masterpiece by a master joiner Made of oak, boxwood, ebony, walnut, mahogany, … and resin. It depicts a sort of pavilion, with a square base, colonnades at the corners, complemented by obelisks and mouldings. It is surmounted by a hipped roof, with a radiating pediment at the front and a turret with openwork arcades at the top, featuring a dome with curved ridges, housing a spindle. This section is decorated with three-dimensional acorns and finished with a spire. The entire piece is decorated with coloured marquetry forming stars, chequered patterns, friezes of lozenges, hexagons and other motifs.
