Large terracotta inkstone with black patina, decorated in relief with a lotus pond with two frogs amidst lotus leaves, flowers and roots, and a lid in the shape of a lotus leaf with a three-legged frog (or toad), three stamped seals, one on the lid and two on the underside of the stone: "mo bao 墨寶" and "wen xuan 文軒".
