CHINA, Qing dynasty, 18th century A set of painted enamels on copper, known as Canton enamels, consisting of a perfume burner, a box and a small four-lobed vase decorated with lotus scrolls on a cobalt blue background. Large wooden base with openwork decoration. The perfume burner: H. 21 cm The box: W. 9 cm The vase: 16 cm On an exotic wood base Damage and missing parts. [4] Three-piece services like this appeared in China no later than the 13th century and included censers for burning small pieces of incense over charcoal.
