Bronze group (and incense stick holder) depicting Shoulao holding a scroll, seated on his deer, the latter lying on a rock, a crane and a tortoise on either side below, the patina dark and shiny, the whole on a wooden base openwork in the shape of a rock decorated with flowers and mushrooms.
H. 22 cm (bronze only) and 27 cm (total)
The bronze is missing an antler and the crane's legs, and the base is missing and chipped.
