CHINA, END OF THE 19th CENTURY Two pendant baluster vases in porcelain with blue-white decoration on a celadon ground, one depicting a rooster, the other a Fenghuang bird, both on a rock among peonies, the necks enhanced with Fô dogs in high relief. With their wooden bases. H. 42.5 cm and H. 43 cm. (Minor restoration to the rim of the first, partially masked by retouching with white enamel). Expert : Cabinet Ansas, Papillon et de Léry.
