Gilt bronze statuette depicting Guandi on horseback, the god in armour with his eyebrows furrowed and looking stern, turned to his left and holding the reins in one hand, the horse in motion, one foreleg raised, the saddlecloth and the edges of the garment incised with flowers and foliage, the beard, mane and tail painted black, on a rectangular (removable) lotus base.
Surface wear, halberd probably missing.
