CHINA, 17th-18th century, An ormolu-lacquered bronze incense burner in the form of a duck, the upper part of the body forming a lid, the beak open and a leg raised on a square stepped base with four lobed feet, the body removable (from the leg). H. 31 cm LdM Shock and crack to the neck. Accident with minor damage and short crack to the edge of the lid. One of the feet of the base riveted (old restoration). The lacquer is worn, with stains, and some surface restorations.
