CHINESE HAN DYNASTY POLYCHROME TERRACOTTA ROOSTER - TL TESTED Ca. 202 BC - AD 220. A polychrome terracotta rooster with a hollow body, incised wings, and a layered tail. The head is held upright, with a prominent comb, wattles, and closed beak. Mounted on separately cast bronze legs with webbed feet.
