For the creation of his first fragrances, Christian Dior himself chose the amphora, with its classic lines evoking Antiquity. He called on the master glassmakers of Baccarat to create the crystal case, which came in a range of colours and variations. He used the feminine curves of his haute couture models to design a luxury bottle that reflects the expertise of Baccarat's master glassmakers, and lives up to Dior's high standards of quality. These incredible bottles are on display at the Baccarat perfume bottle museum, which has one of the most prestigious collections in the world.
