Musical cigarette box and automaton by Breguet. Gilt bronze with marquetry-style chased cubes with matt and shiny effects. On opening the box, a small richly worked oval medallion opens to reveal an articulated singing bird. Marked BREGUET 4777. Dimensions: 13.5 x 10 x 4 cm. Overhaul to be expected.
