Copy of the deluxe edition limited to 180 numbered copies with a red frame on each page; n°5 of the 30 first copies with a triple set of proofs. Very slight scattered foxing. A very fine copy in a signed binding, enriched by an attractive ORIGINAL AQUARELLE signed and sent to Georges Decaux by Jules Adeline (Rouen 1907) on the false-title, entitled "Un aspect disparu de la rue des Capucins (il y a 30 ans!)".
