In-folio half dark brown morocco, spine ribbed, gilt title, gilt tomaison on tail, gilt tr., delivery cover preserved (Champs-Stroobants). The illustration consists of a frontispiece and 22 etchings in 3 states and a view of Rouen in the 17th century in 2 states. Copy of the deluxe edition limited to 180 numbered copies with a red frame on each page; n°5 of the 30 first copies with a triple set of proofs. Very slight scattered foxing. A very fine copy in a signed binding, enriched by an attractive ORIGINAL AQUARELLE signed and sent to Georges Decaux by Jules Adeline (Rouen 1907) on the false-title, entitled "Un aspect disparu de la rue des Capucins (il y a 30 ans!)".
