COLLECTION OF BACTRIAN AND MESOPOTAMIAN STONE DECORATED VESSELS.
Ca. 2500 - 2200 BC.
A collection of three stone vessels, including, from left to right: an oil lamp with a hemispherical recess and a narrow tunnel issuing from the bowl, broad rim decorated with concentric circles; a circular dish with a broad, flat rim and shallow central cavity; an elongated cup of dark stone with a circular recess at one end and the elongated exterior decorated with incised lozenges and chevrons.
