COLLECTION OF BRONZE AGE BRONZE AXE HEADS.
Ca. 1700 - 1300 BC.
A collection of four axe heads, each made from a single cast piece of bronze, then hammered to raise the side flanges and a pronounced stop-ridge above a hafting depression. The bodies are elongated with gently arched cutting edges.
