New Kingdom to Late Period, Ca. 1550 - 332 BC A collection of eight faience and stone wadjet amulets, including, from left to right: a large faience amulet with the eye detailed in added black glaze; a turquoise faience plaque with a flat profile and raised eye; a speckled red stone plaque cut to the wadjet outline; a small green-blue faience plaque of similar form; a dark blue stone wadjet with a plain outline; a bright blue faience openwork example; a pale blue faience amulet with lightly modelled detail; and a cream stone plaque.
