COLLECTION OF EGYPTIAN FAIENCE DEITIES AMULETS. Ca. 1550 - 30 BC. A collection of five faience amulets depicting deities. Among them is Thoth with an ibis head, and Taweret as a pregnant hippopotamus. Each is standing on an integral flat plinth, supported by a pillar at the back, with a suspension loop either through the pillar or above the head.
