COLLECTION OF EGYPTIAN FAIENCE PENDANTS. New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC. A collection of 10 faience pendants in various shapes, including clusters of grapes, dates, mandrake fruit and symbolic forms of nefer and djed amulets. The pendants display a colour palette dominated by blue and turquoise, with some featuring yellow, cream, and green elements. Each piece is fitted with at least one suspension loop. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.
