COLLECTION OF EGYPTIAN MOSAIC GLASS INLAYS WITH NILOTIC PLANTS. Ca. 332 BC - AD 200. A collection of eight mosaic glass inlays displaying floral motifs. The fragments incorporate white, yellow, and red blooms within dark backgrounds. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.
