COLLECTION OF ETRUSCAN BRONZE SHALLOW BOWLS Ca. 600 - 400 BC. A collection of three bronze bowls, each with a shallow design, vertical rim, and hemispherical foot. These were likely created through hammered bronze techniques. They were probably produced as part of a set, designed to mimic pottery items used in everyday life or to serve as grave goods. For similar see: MET Museum Object Number: 21.88.125; 03.23.8. Provenance: Property of a West London gentleman; previously in a collection formed on the UK/International art market in the 1990s.
