COLLECTION OF PRE-COLUMBIAN AMULETS Ca. AD 700 - 1000. A collection of eight carved face beads made from stone. Each piece presents a stylised visage rendered in relief, with variations in facial expression, proportion, and form. Some of the beads are carved on both sides, while others bear incised symbols on the reverse, including swastika motifs. All are perforated for suspension, typically through the top or horizontally behind the head. Size: 22-45mm x 18-30mm; Weight: 90g Provenance: Prince collection, 1990s-2014; Ex.
