COLLECTION OF ROMAN GOLD RINGS.

A collection of three gold rings, including, from left to right: a ring with a flat-section hoop and a drop-shaped bezel with a moulded border; a slender ring with a narrow hoop gently thickened at the front to form an elongated flat bezel; and a ring with a rounded hoop expanding to an oval bezel with a simple linear branch motif in low relief.

Provenance: Private London collection; acquired in Belgium; formerly in a German private collection before 2000.
