COLLECTION OF ROMAN TERRACOTTA OIL LAMPS WITH MOULDED DECORATION. Ca. AD 1 - 300. A collection of three terracotta oil lamps, including, from left to right: a pear-shaped lamp with a broad circular discus and a short nozzle with a circular wick hole; a compact circular lamp with a high rear lug, a ring-moulded discus, and a pointed nozzle; and a round-bodied lamp with a ring-framed filling hole, the shoulder moulded with a six-pointed star, and a triangular nozzle with a circular wick hole.
