CORBIÈRE Tristan. Les Amours jaunes. Paris, Glady frères, 1873; in-12, [8]-345-[3] pp, contemporary binding in lemon half-maroquin with corners, cold-stamped fillets, spine ribbed and decorated with gilt turtle-doves, black parts. First edition illustrated with an etched self-portrait by Tristan Corbière as a frontispiece. This collection is recognised as the first milestone marking modernity in poetry: "breaking, concise, scathing verse with a whip" (Jules Laforgue, Une étude sur Tristan Corbière).
One of 481 copies on Hollande, the only edition after 9 Jonquille.
