In-8, manuscript of 55 leaves, interesting report concerning the offensive against Piedmont which took place from July to September 1744 during the War of the Austrian Succession, marked by the battles of Pierrelongue (Pierre Longe) and Cuneo (Coni). Bound in richly decorated full red morocco, the boards framed with a double vegetal frieze separated by a broken fillet, flowery branches in the spandrels, central decoration with full small iron and stippling, spine with 5 nerves, the caissons decorated with flowers.
