Traditional women’s costume, Skopje, Macedonia, 20th century, consisting of a long cream-coloured cotton tunic embroidered with polychrome wool in floral and geometric motifs. Worn with a sleeveless jacket made of striped, embroidered woollen fabric, a woven wool and silk apron with a vivid, stylised design, and a bayadère-style sash.
