Quilted coverlet, late 19th century, assembly of plain and shaped silk squares with small decorations for the dress, including chiselled velvets, branched lampas, printed pekin and brocades. The edging is worked in triangular strips and underlined with a squared ribbon. Lined, (some squares tapered), 107 x 103 cm.
