Victor Coverley-Price (Winchester, 1901 - 1988) was a British diplomat, artist and author. He was also an accomplished mountaineer. He graduated from Oxford University with a Master of Arts degree. He served in British diplomacy until after the Second World War, before devoting himself to writing illustrated books, painting and travelling. He is credited with depicting many of the world's mountains, from the Andes to Kilimanjaro. He was one of the official painters at the London Olympics in 1948.
