Engraved frontispiece depicting the 'madhouse cage', woodcut vignette to title-page, engraved initials and headpieces, uncut; bound in contemporary carta rustica. Provenance: contemporary ownership inscription 'Petri Trois Med. Phys' to title-page [IN LOT WITH:] VIDA, Marco Girolamo. Il gioco degli scacchi, poema latino.
