Silver tankard with lid. Cylindrical body supported by three feet in the shape of sculpted, crowned lions with a domed hinged lid. Another crowned lion as a thumb rest. The body and lid decorated with lavish acanthus leaf decoration, rocailles and flowers over a chased ground. Engraved laurel leaf frieze all round below the slightly flared lip rim.
