Probably a unique copy for the exhibition tenant Richard Arnold. - Unique photographic documentation of one of the most important horticultural exhibitions of the Weimar Republic. In addition to the contributions of the main director and competition winner Allinger, it also shows several photographs by Tessenow, Wentzler (the Green Dome), Bertsch, Lossow & Kühne, Migge, Poelzig (mosaic fountain, also as a night shot, as well as his Aloe Fountain from 1922) and several interior shots of the exhibition palace. - Most of the pictures of the exhibition documented in contemporary literature were taken by Walther (1893-1972). The present prints either with his blindstamp, his copied signature or with studio stamp on verso. - Some silvering, occasional photos removed, last album pages with photos somewhat wavy, otherwise in good overall condition.
