Two embroidered headbands, China, late 19th-early 20th century, silk embroidery in vivid polychrome. One in red gauze decorated with a goddess riding a chi lin, 165 x 38 cm; the second embroidered with flowers, peaches of longevity and birds, 44 x 205 cm, (detached braids on both).
