In-8 (22,9 x 16,3 cm), brown morocco decorated with a vast orientalist cold-stamped decoration, smooth spine decorated in the same spirit, brown and caramel morocco spines with orientalist gilt decoration and central medallion and spandrels of morocco painted in blue, brown silk endpapers, cover and spine preserved. This is an original edition with 50 colour compositions, 6 of which are full-page, and very fine colour ornaments. Copy with white highlights, probably executed by Étienne Dinet himself, on one of the compositions. Limited edition of 300 numbered copies, this one printed for Étienne Dinet on unnumbered Japanese paper. A fine copy that belonged to Étienne Dinet with highlights probably in his hand. Boards slightly rubbed, headpieces worn (particularly the tail). A few leaves slightly stained, mainly in the margins, but not preventing reading. Provenance: Étienne Dinet (justification).
