DUCHENE ET COMP, GILT POCKET WATCH WITH ENAMELS, SWITZERLAND CIRCA 1780 47 mm diameter gilt brass case, richly decorated on the back with a large medallion in polychrome enamel depicting a priest celebrating the marriage of two young people, carrure decorated with engraved motifs, white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals in 5 for the minutes, gold hands. Signed movement with verge escapement, watch currently in working order, accompanied by antique winding key.
