Mantel screen in moulded wood, richly carved, stuccoed and gilded in the Regence style, embellished with foliage, shells and tracery. The double sided screen includes a tapestry representing a courtly entertainment on one side and a crimson silk damask on the other. The whole resting on two scrolled feet. 19th century. 126 x 82 cm.
