RIAUX, Secrétaire de ladite Jurisdiction". With a handwritten ex-dono from Ernest Manchon, Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce, dated 18 November 1895, to Charles de Robillard de Beaurepaire, archivist of the Seine-Inférieure department, and a handwritten note from JM: "one of the extremely rare volumes belonging to the Rouen consular library, which escaped annihilation in the hell of 1944...!
