EGYPTIAN BLUE FAIENCE HORUS AMULET Third Intermediate Period, Ca. 1069 - 664 BC. A blue faience amulet depicting a falcon, representing Horus, with a compact body, a slightly curved back, and a rounded chest. The head is raised, with eyes highlighted in black and a short beak. The wings are folded along the sides, and the tail extends downward.
