EGYPTIAN CARNELIAN FROG-SHAPED AMULET New Kingdom, Ca. 1550 - 1069 BC A carnelian frog-shaped amulet that sits in a forward-leaning position. The body is slightly extended, and the facial details are faintly outlined, providing a hint of expression. The amulet is perforated through, allowing for attachment or suspension.
